The EconoGro Ballast is our economy priced ballast which we import as a finished good item. Althought we do not manufacture the item ourselves, we are impressed by the overall quality, fit and finish of this product. Sunlight Supply will handle any defective return issues at our factory in Vancouver, Washington which may occur with this product.
